A SITE meeting is to be held into a plan for 17 affordable homes at Bere Alston to which 74 letters of objection have been received by West Devon Borough Council.

The proposal by Bibio Ltd is for land off Woolacombe Road and it has been recommended for approval by planning officers subject to conditions.
