ROADSHOWS offering free professional advice on starting a business will be travelling across West Devon and East Cornwall in February and March. This is the second series of roadshows offering impartial advice and is a joint venture between Business Link Devon and Cornwall and local Enterprise Agencies. The mobile advice centre will visit Tavistock?s Bedford Square on February 14 from 9.30am to 5pm, with advice and face-to-face guidance. The aim is to encourage those thinking of starting a business or who are in the early years of running their own enterprise and are uncertain where to go for expert assistance and support. The roadshow will also be visiting Liskeard on March 10 between the same hours. Special emphasis will be placed on dealing with the specific problems faced by budding young entrepreneurs, women and community projects. No appointment is necessary.
