FULFORDS Estate Agents are moving from their current premises to a larger building at 17 Charter Place, on Market Street.

Branch manager Jane Nott said: 'Our existing office opened at 15 East Street in 1999 and following its success we are very excited about our move to larger premises in the town.

'Not only is our new location closer to the main shopping area but there is also ample car parking nearby, making it easier for our clients and potential purchasers to park and drop into the office.

'The company's investment in new premises shows their commitment to Okehampton and the West Devon area, and we look forward to welcoming the local community to our new office, even if it's just to say hello and have a cup of tea.'

The new office in?Charter Place opens on June 10.
