A MOOR fun ride on and around Dartmoor is taking place on Sunday, September 16 from 10am in aid of Devon Air Ambulance and Bridestowe Cricket Club. The event will start and finish at Leawood, by permission of Angela and Brian Coward, and will be marshalled by members of the club. Riders can take part on routes from eight to 14 miles, with a barbecue to complete the day. Bridestowe Cricket Club has just completed a successful season running two sides. The first X1 came fifth place having been newly promoted to the Devon League D division this year. The second X1 has been competing in the Tamar League A Division.
