ALL is ?fayre? at Christmas time and it is no different in Bratton Clovelly. The Christmas Craft and Gift Fayre will be held at Bratton Clovelly village hall on Sunday December 2 from 12pm to 4pm. New to the fayre this year is pottery painting, described as being, ?a fun and easy way to create a unique masterpiece and perfect as a personalised gift for friends and family?. As part of his whistle-stop world tour before Christmas Eve, Santa will be taking up residence in the grotto at Bratton Clovelly for the day, welcoming all visitors. The seasonal spirit will be well in evidence in the village all weekend with the Christmas Tree Festival taking place at the parish church between Saturday December 1 and Sunday December 2 from 11am onwards. At 5.15pm on the Sunday there will be a short carol service. Entry to the fayre and parking is free, refreshments will be available.
