THE audaciousness of the present Government never ceases to dumbfound me. Recently, Michael Howard took the respectable step of dismissing Boris Johnson for his misrepresentation as regards his four-year affair. In the meantime, David Blunkett, who I remind you is the Home Secretary, has an affair, is implicated in alleged irregularities over visa applications, and is now fighting for his ex-lover?s children. He is then illustrated on national television as ?a man of integrity? by Gordon Brown. The Government persists to take advantage of an indifferent British public who seem so disinterested in politics and politicians, that such nonsense prevails. Where are the cries for morality and values? There is a choice. Our individual vote at the next General Election. But is there a plausible opponent to the poor example we currently have? Isn?t it about time we, the people of this nation, started to take note and do something about the continuing downward moral spiral? The Rev Mike Davies Inspiration ?
