POLICE in Callington are investigating a burglary to a property in Laburnum Row, Callington between 8.30pm and 10.30pm on Saturday, September 22.

Items stolen from the property include a blue Renault Megane which was subsequently found at the entrance to the Kit Hill incline car park, near to the Downgate junction on the morning of September 23 by a dog walker. The car had sustained malicious damage, including a smashed windscreen and the rear seats were slashed.

Police are appealing for anyone who saw the vehicle being abandoned and/or damaged or saw anyone entering the property that night to get in contact.
