FIRE appliances were mobilised from Yelverton, Crownhill and Princetown to reports of a fuse box on fire in Meavy in the early hours of this morning (Thursday, February 18) at around 5.20am.

On arrival crews found a small fire in a fuse box. Only Yelverton crews were required to attend to make the scene safe. Western Power Distribution representatives were also requested to attend.
