TAVISTOCK’S Drake Road is closed following an incident involving a car and an electricity pole.

A police spokesperson said the road would remain closed until early evening today (Monday) so repairs can be carried out to the pole after a car hit and damaged it.

The driver received minor injuries from the collision.
