KEEN gardeners are invited to Leawood in Bridestowe this Saturday May 26, when the annual St Bridget's bring and buy plant sale takes place.

Now in its 13th year, the sale is in aid of Bridestowe's St Bridget's Church.

Everyone is invited to pass on their surplus plants labelled and in pots, and buy from the huge variety available, which will include flowers, vegetables, shrubs and other garden plants.

There will be refreshments available throughout the morning and a cake stall supporting Treetops Pre-School.

The sale will be clearly signposted from the A386 at the Fox and Hounds, and from the centre of Bridestowe.
