ENVIRONMENTAL charity South West Lakes Trust will be helping the National Lottery celebrate its 10th birthday this Saturday at Roadford Lake.

The Lakeside Project at Roadford, now in its second phase, is supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund, and to celebrate the trust is running a ?Walk and Talk? allowing a sneak preview of the project.

Visitors wishing to join the ?Walk and Talk? should meet at 11.30am in the Roadford Lake Dam car park. In addition, the trust is running a second guided walk on Sunday with senior ranger Ben Wallbridge looking at winter management around the lake. Meet at 1pm in the Dam car park for the one-hour walk.
