THE March Stableford and Dame Hannah Rogers Salver was played for by the ladies of Yelverton Golf Club.

The division one winner was Di Reardon and the runner up Caroline Theyer.

In division two the winner was Anne Ashley with the runner up, Carolyn Crawford. Anne Ashley won the Dame Hannah Rogers salver for the best overall score.

The salver was presented in 1990 by two past ladies' captains of Yelverton Golf Club — Trudi Luke and Sheila Macfarlane.

The April medal winner was Linda Woods with the runner up being Anne Ashley.

Yelverton Golf Club veterans held their weekly three ball Stableford competition on April 1.

First place with 80 points were Mike Ferris, Neil Sellick and Ken Wheeler.

In second with 76pts were Don Read, Brendan McVeigh and Roger Mechan and third, on 74pts, were Ray Curran, Keith Marshall, Derek Putt and Keith Glassbrook.
