On Sunday two ladies from Tavistock Triathlon Club took part in the Blenheim Palace Bloodwise Sprint Triathlon. It was a 750m open water swim, 20km cycle and 5km run. Pictured are Cassandra McDowall, who came 22nd in her age group out of 226 in a total time of 1 hour 35 minutes and Laura Evenden in a total time of 1.58. 

Pete Moyse from Tavistock Triathlon Club took part in the Cotswold 113 Triathlon on Sunday in a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile cycle and 13.1 mile run. In very hot conditions Pete managed to finish in a superb total time of 4 hours 42 minutes 24 seconds.
