TRAINING sessions at Tavistock College have helped TAC juniors to succeed at the Westward League cross-country meeting in Newquay which was combined with the Cornwall county championships. 

The successful junior members of Tavistock Athletic Club who competed in the Westward League cross-country meeting held at Newquay which was combined with the Cornish County Championships. 

Included are Sam Lane de Courtin the winning U17s mens Cornish champion, Tess Messalink, the U15s girl Cornish champion silver medal winner, Sian Temple the U13s' girl Cornish champion bronze medal winner, Alice Rogers the winning U20s lady Cornish champion (not pictured) and Matto Pearce, Emily Attfield, James Best, and Pete Jarman, all Devon based athletes who were competing in the Westward League.
