MOUNT Kelly Swimming had a highly successful two days at the first weekend of the City of Plymouth Annual Gala.
There were some exceptional perform-ances from a lot of its junior swimmers, setting some great personal best times.
Harry Turner, aged 15, had a break through weekend, setting personal best times every time he was in the pool. Harry made two championship finals, taking second in the 100m backstroke and third in the 100m IM.
Kaylee Dekker, aged 12, broke two Mount Kelly swimming age group records in the 50m freestyle and 100m butterfly. Kaylee was third in the championship final of the 100m butterfly.
11 year-old Rebecca Carpenter was also in fine form, breaking four school age group records in the 50m breaststroke, 200m breaststroke, 100m butterfly and 200m IM. The final record was broken by nine year-old Stephanie Carpenter in the 50m backstroke who was swimming in her first ever competition for the school.
