MILTON Abbot School held a superb sports day as the sun shone and the rain held off!  It was a fun-filled afternoon full of events for all ages, from the toddlers’ race, to the Year 6 spectacular — from the staff wheelbarrow race to the parents’ race. 

There were smiles and giggles all round and lots of team spirit and encouragement. 

All four of the school house teams participated fabulously throughout, however, it was Elm House who were crowned the champions.  Mr Pyne presented the Mike Pyne Cup to Lewis Higgs and Georgina Hawke, the house and vice captains, in memory of Mike Pyne who taught at Milton Abbot School.
