THE Yelverton Memorial Cycle ride on Sunday was a tribute by riders to their dear friend Doreen Turner, a member of St Budeaux Cycle Club in Plymouth who sadly can no longer ride with them. The ride (pictured left) started at Yelverton church before a ride around Burrator Reservoir then to the Burrator Inn for tea and coffee. Organisers said a big thank you to all the background crew who sorted out the collection for Cancer Relief and the Coffee stop and also to the Burrator Inn for the refreshments, They thanked all of who turned out for the ride and donated to Cancer Relief.
