STUDENT of the month at the South West Kickboxing Academy and Martial Arts at Tavistock College is Richard Steer. Richard, who has been training for about two and a half years, trains regularly and has made great progress over that time. He has competed in national fight days and completed a number of gradings. His instructor, fourth dan Steve Lilley, said: 'Richard works hard each session setting a great example to his peers with his tireless hard work and continually seeking perfection and looking for feedback on improving.'
