MARSHALLS from the Plymouth Harriers did a practice run at the weekend to familiarise themselves with their 6 Moor Miles race route.
The practice was for the main charity race being held on Sunday, July 29 from Leg O’ Mutton Corner, Yelverton at 10.30am.
This year the race is in support of Children’s Hospice South West who provide hospice care for children with life-limiting conditions and their whole family across the South West.
The race is just more than six miles over open moorland. Organisers once again have their very popular homemade cake stall and hope to attract over 300 local and visiting runners. More information can be viewed at www.plymouthharriers.net
