NATHAN Newton from Bere Alston took part in the Roadford Lake triathlon on Sunday. The race consisted of a 1,500 metre swim in the lake, a 40 kilometre cycle and then a 10k run to finish. Nathan came 12th overall in a great time of 2 hours 28 minutes 14 seconds.
