MOUNT House School were represented by Wilf Hadow, Jack Leigh, Ralf Lopes, Jeremy Newman, Will Partington, Will Stone, Barney Treneer at Marcus Watson for a sevens' tournament at Blundell's School, Tiverton.

In the first match against King's Hall comfortably won 26-5, followed by a comprehensive 43-15 victory against Castle Court, with Marcus Watson and Will Stone amongst the scorers. In the pool decider against Truro resilient defence earned Mount House a 22-12 victory.

In the semi-final Mount House a brace of tries from Will Partington helped to secure another 22-12 win. In the final against Blundell's the hosts enjoyed a three try advantage by half time. In the second half Mount House showed great courage and determination and were rewarded with tries by Will Partington, Ralph Lopes and Wilf Hadow but narrlowly lost 19-26.

The Mount School team team showed passion and commitment in this tournament, and every player tackled and ran to the best of their ability.
