SHEBBEAR College Junior School cross-country running team took part in their first race in the Gliddon and Squire North Devon League at Kingsley School in Bideford.

The pupils ran with real spirit and determination, producing some admirable results. Harry Brown came second overall in the boys U9s race and Eliza Banbury was second in the U11s girls race.

The team included Reuben Banbury (not pictured) Bridget Astley, Bess Scambler, Archie Boycott, Harry Brown, Eliza Banbury, Amy Taylor and Cameron Young.
