ON Sunday 16 juniors from Tavistock Athletic Club went to Dawlish for the first of the season in the Sportshall league. This was a good turn out from the club and most of them were new to the competition.

The juniors gave it their all and there were good results all round with most of them finishing in the top four and records for the club being equal or closer to being broken.

The next one will be November 20 and the club are hoping more of its young athletes will be able to make it and bring home the medals.
