HALWILL Hurricanes blew away the Illuminators by 34-15 in the Okehampton Ladies Netball League last week.

Both teams started well and there was nothing to choose between them with goals going with the centre and by the end of the first quarter the score was level at 6-6.

However, in the second Halwill started to pull away to lead by five goals. They capitalised on this lead and with some great shooting and attacking court play at the end of the third the Hurricanes led by 10 goals.

Illuminators continued to play some good netball, however Halwill closed them down and Halwill held on for another comfortable win.
