AT Okehampton Golf Club on the first Saturday of the New Year a good field of players contested a four ball better ball and greensomes Stableford com-petition.

Winners of division one with 46 points were Arnie Searle and Malcolm Hill. Second place went to Lewis Parry and Robin Webb with 44pts on the back six from, in third Matt Soby and Paul Prouse.

Division two was won by Ray Grey and Darren Prouse with 44pts. Steve Browne and Graham Browne were second with 43pts.

Third were Kevin Harding and Roger Slack with 42 pts.
