THE rugby season has started and Tavistock RFC are aiming to run three girls' sides this year.

Training is on Sundays for the U13s at 11am while on Thursdays at 6pm and 11am on Sundays for the U15s and U18s.

Anyone is welcome.

The U13s is for school years 6, 7 and 8; this is the beginners level and anyone can come and try, especially if they have enjoyed tag rugby at primary school.

The U15s is for school years 9 and 10 and this level includes tackling and full contact rugby. U18s is for school years 11, 12 and 13.
