THREE swimming teachers at Kelly College have qualified to represent Great Britain at the World Triathlon Championships in London this week.

Liz Vernon, Lindsay Hobbs and Nicky Deane Simmons, who are also members of Tavistock Triathlon Club and Tavistock Wheelers, have qualified to represent Great Britain.

This is the first time the World Champion-ships have been held in the UK for 20 years and is being run on the Olympic course in Hyde Park.  

They will be competing against the best in the world with more than 40 Countries taking part.
