TAVISTOCK once again hosted the Devon Ability Counts leagues on Sunday.

Teams from all over Devon enjoyed a football packed day.

The Tavispecial Stars new player from Bodmin, Jordan, scored a hat-trick against ROC Exeter. Jake  showed some real passion up front and great performances from Kier, Alex, Ryan and Dean and safe hands in goal from Bobby leaves them on top of their league in the Championship. League two side Tavispecials Diamonds are also leading their league.

Moment of the day was a hilarious goal celebration from an Exmouth player who ran the full length of the pitch to high five the whole of his squad and the referee had to tell him to keep his shirt on!

The youth and ladies played some friendly matches so everyone had a good day.

This Sunday both men’s sides are at Devon FA for the cup finals.
