ON May 11, Okehampton Golf Club professional Ashley Moon hosted Pro's Day. The format of the day included four ball better ball, greensomes and foursomes stableford.

This was a very entertaining competition for all competitors especially as the pin positions on a few selected holes were in near impossible locations. The winning pair with a good score of 48 points were Steve and Graham Browne, in second with 45 points were Steve Pike and Ron Copeland and in third place with 42 points were Kevin Cornwall and Malcolm Hill. There numerous nearest the pin prizes to be had and John Latham was the lucky winner of a brand new Corbra amp driver which was won in the raffle.
