THE third annual Andy White memorial cricket match took place on July 11.  This is a traditional match between Tavistock College staff past and sixth form students past and present, in memory of colleague and friend Andy White.

The terrible weather conditions did not dampen spirits and a 16 over, competitive indoor cricket match took place. 

The Tavistock College staff team batted first and put on a stylish display to score 90 runs.  In response the students scored 80 runs. Organisers thanked all the staff, students and members of the community who supported the event. Picture by James Bird.
