TAVISTOCK Squash and Racketball Club held their monthly club night competition on Monday. This was a squash doubles event with five teams battling it out over two rounds to secure as many points as they could.

With players finding their feet in round one, the second round produced some great close games with all teams winning at least one match. Reuben Grice and Pete Walshe, only dropped one point in the evening, however, with the combination of youth and experience proving too good for the others and making them clear winners on this occasion.

Next month's competition will be the quarterly tournament.
