MATTHEW Luckham was the lone Bere Alston Trekker to compete in the Fast Friday 10K in Exeter on Good Friday.

The course consisted of two flat laps alongside the banks of the River Exe and was a good opportunity for distance personal bests.

Matthew completed the course in 53 minutes 32 seconds.
