Lewdown firsts v Budleigh firsts

LEWDOWN bowled first with Leon Horn (3 for 46) getting a valuable wicket taking Budleigh's overseas player out of the game.

Billy Searle had an impressive 2-36 but Lewdown gave away 44 extras and eventually Budleigh were all out for 234.

In reply, Harry Geering batting for Lewdown, scored 33 and Billy Searle went on to hit 88. However, despite a good fight it was not to be.
