Tavistock Young Farmers spent two evenings painting the pens at Tavistock Livestock Centre red in preparation for the Goose Fair open day on Wednesday, October 9.

The enthusiastic group managed to paint all the pens in the sheep shed in that time.

They took part in the colourful exercise as a thank you to the market for allowing them to hold a car wash which raised £330 for charity and as a thank you to Russell Woolcock for his service as club president for 35 years.
