I NOTICED on a recent visit to Lidl in Tavistock that responsibility for parking has now been given to EuroCarParks. The terms set out on their sign state that 90 minutes free parking is permitted with 'no return within TWO hours'.  A penalty charge of £90 will be levied for any infringement. I contacted EuroCarParks to ask whether this meant that a shopper, realising they had forgotten something and returning to the car park and store would be penalised.  The answer is yes.
