A major concert in aid of prostate cancer charities is to be held in Exeter on Saturday November 29, in St David's Church, Hele Road.
Ensembles and artistes from Okehampton-based folk arts organisation Wren Music will be performing to raise funds for the Chestnut Appeal and the Prostate Cancer Charity.
The concert, which starts at 7.30pm, will feature the Exeter-based choir Voices In Common, the youth vocal ensemble Campus Choir, East Devon folk orchestra Rough Music, plus the internationally-renowned folk duo Marilyn Tucker and Paul Wilson (pictured right) and award-winning Border piper David Faulkner.
Tickes are £8 full price or £5 for full-time students, under 18s and people in receipt of income-related benefit. Tickets can be ordered by post from Exeter Charity Concert, Church Path Cottage, St David's Hill, Exeter EX4 4DU. If a sae is not enclosed, tickets can be collected on the door at the concert. Cheques should be made payable to Exeter Charity Concert.
