A TAVISTOCK photographer has had her picture printed in a high quality 'coffee table' book after achieving a highly commended status in a competition.

Jess Maslen (pictured) entered her photograph into the British Wildlife Photography Awards and achieved 'Highly Commended' in the Wildlife in My Backyard category.

As well as being published in the book, Jess's photograph was also part of an exhibition at the Mall Gallery in London. The exhibition will be touring around part of the country over the next eight months.
