Does anyone remember the man who flexed his muscles and sold 'tonic' outside the town hall on Goose Fair day? Who sold the first 'frothy coffees' in the town? Who wore the first mini-skirt? Which shops sold the best Christmas toys for Christmas when you were a child?
As part of their colourful millennium exhibition at the Wharf, Tavistock County Community Primary School have placed a 'memory folder' in which they'd like you to record your recollections. These will be transferred into a memory book and used as a community resource.
