PEOPLE can have their say on the future organisation of Tavistock Goose Fair at an open meeting to be held at West Devon Borough Council. The meeting, at the council?s Kilworthy Park offices on Monday March 6, will discuss the many challenges of staging the annual event and it is hoped the views of residents, businesses and visitors to the fair will be heard. Questions asked include: So do you enjoy Goose Fair as it is? What do you think the event brings to Tavistock? Should Goose Fair day be more community focussed? Both West Devon Borough Council and Tavistock Town Council would like to know what people think. The meeting begins at 7.30pm. If you are unable to attend, you can write in and let organisers know what you think. Send letters to Tavistock Goose Fair Meeting, Client Services Department, West Devon Borough Council, Kilworthy Park, Tavistock PL19 0BZ. Alternatively you can email clientservices@west devon.gov.uk All correspondence must be received by Friday March 3.
