What is the answer to evil acts?

WATCHING the awful pictures of the Russian disaster I began to wonder ?How is it all going to end??

We are not only destroying each other but also our lovely planet along with all the creatures that share our lives.

Then I read that the Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr Rowan Williams, admits that in the face of such evil acts he had a flicker of doubt with his faith.

Once again, the Christian religion humanises God. It needs to open its eyes and realise that it is men and women who are responsible for all these atrocities and no amount of praying will stop the terrorists.

So what is the answer? Sadly I just don?t know.
