The games are held annually to promote organ donation and team manager Wendy, herself a kidney transplantee, came home with a gold for the 800 metres track, silver in the 400 metres track, 50 metres backstroke and shot put and a fourth in the front crawl.
More than 700 athletes took part in the games from the ages of 2 to 75 in a range of 25 sports.
Wendy was supported by her husband and sister plus other members of her family and friends including a donor family from Taunton.
She said she was delighted with the team's efforts, putting the county of Devon well into the spotlight.
Later this month Wendy will be one of the 85 Britons heading out to Japan to take part in the World Transplant Games, which will involve 55 countries.
