STEPHEN Herzig, an internationally renown preacher will be returning to West Devon this week as part of a week-long speaking tour. The Rev Stephen Herzig, who is a member of the International Apostolic Council of Church of the Nations International and lives in Pretoria, South Africa, visited Okehampton last spring. Twenty five years ago, he was one of the founding members of Church of the Nations International, having previously spent many years with Youth With a Mission (YWAM). He now travels the world extensively visiting member churches of Church of the Nations International, of which there are now more than 2,000 member churches throughout the world. With a degree in political sciences, Stephen is in constant demand as he prophetically speaks to many business and political groups. Mr Herzig wil be speaking at the New Life Church (Assemblies of God), Okehampton on Sunday, February 27, at 6pm and at Inspiration in Okehampton, at the Charter Hall, on Sunday, March 6, at 10.30am. He will also be speaking at Bow Congregational Church on Wednesday, March 2, at 7.30pm and in Totnes and Camelford as well as Inspiration in Plymouth -which is currently overseen by Okehampton?s Rev Mike Davies. The preaching itinerary has been arranged by the Rev Chris Bourne (Inspiration) and it is hoped that Stephen Herzig will visit Okehampton again later in the year.
