DARTMOOR Preservation Association is inviting people on a walk to explore the industrial history and archaeology of the Walkhampton valley this Sunday.

The walk will visit North Hessary Tor, Hollow Tor, stone rows, King's Tor, Swelltor and Foggintor quarries. The six to seven mile walk is approximately four to five hours long. Meet in the main car park at Princetown at 10am on Sunday, September 12. Contact Derek Collins on 01822 890692.
