TAVISTOCK Museum is asking people for their help to secure a grant to carry out its ambitious redevelopment programme.

The museum has had a very successful season with many locals and visitors enjoying its big exhibition on the sale of Tavistock in 1911.

The museum's current redevelopment programme is ambitious as it needs to raise £20,000.

Staff at the museum are hoping for a substantial grant from NatWest Bank but all funds are allocated on a voting basis — the more votes the museum gets the greater the chance of a grant.

The staff are asking people to take two minutes to visit the NatWest Community Force website http://communityforce.natwest.com/?extcam=furl-communityforce">http://communityforce.natwest.com/?extcam=furl-communityforce and vote for Tavistock Museum.
