THE 1st South Zeal Scout Group is in desperate need of volunteers to help keep the club going.

The group urgently needs assistant beaver and cub leaders to help run the weekly sessions.

The beavers meet between 5.15pm to 6.45pm on Tuesdays, while the cubs meet from 6pm to 7.30pm on Thursdays.

A reduced subscription rate is offered for children of group leaders, and training is provided.
