A VINTAGE ploughing match held at Jacobstowe was a huge success. The match on Saturday raised £910 for the coronary care unit at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital and Okehampton Hospital. Two friends, Roy Jury and Anthony West, both suffered from heart problems and were both treated in the care unit. They organised the ploughing match and expressed thanks to all the sponsors and helpers with special thanks going to the landowner.
