LOVERS of vintage fashion and objects are invited to Tavistock's first vintage and textile fair on June 18.

The town hall will be filled with tables featuring local vintage dealers from Devon and Cornwall and a few from further afield.

Vintage crafts will be on offer as well as Penzance writer Katherine Sorrell attending to sign her new book 'The Modern Vintage Home' and two 1955 cars will be parked in Bedford Square for the day courtesy of Devon Classic Cars.

A slide show of fashion and design images will also be shown and visitors can enjoy classic tunes from Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald as well as folk music from Jim Causley.

The fair is free to enter and will take place from 10am to 4pm.
