BONDLEIGH Annual Barbeque is set to take place on Saturday, July 23, from 7.30pm onwards. Entrance costs are adults £1.50 and children £1, payable on the gate. Proceeds to St James' Church and the village fund.

ST James' Patronal Festival for St James' Church, Bondleigh will take place on Sunday, July 24, at 11am. The Rev Charles Edwards will be conducting the Holy Communion service and the benefice choir and organist will attend. All are warmly invited to attend as there will be no other services on this day in the Benefice.

LICENSING Service will take place on Monday July 25 at St Peter's Church, North Tawton, commencing at 7.30pm. The Rev Nick Weldon will be licensed as priest in charge and team vicar designate of North Tawton, Bondleigh, Sampford Courtenay and Honeychurch. The Bishop of Exeter, will officiate. Afterwards, there will be a reception for the Rev Nick Weldon and his family at North Tawton Town Hall.

All are invited to the service and reception.
