LEWDOWN had the better of what was a fairly scrappy first half. After about 20 minutes Adrian Vernon scored for a 1-0 lead.
Keith Everard was unlucky not to extend the lead when he had a shot that struck the underside of the crossbar and Mike Deacon should have done better with a header that went over.
In the second half, Lewdown extended the lead when Andrew Vernon crossed from the right for Charlie Hughes to make it 2-0.
Lewdown made it 3-0 when Everard scored after a bit of a scramble.
Delabole managed to pull a goal back when a shot from the left hit the post and rebounded to a Delabole player to score.
Lewdown hit the crossbar themselves with Kevin Swift the unlucky player. Substitute Simon Warner then made it 4-1 after an Everard pass. Andrew Vernon then made it 5-1 with a move down the left involving Richard Metters and Everard.
