FIREFIGHTERS were called to Quither, Chillaton, last Thursday, after a car left the road and entered a field, initially trapping the occupant. Two crews from Tavistock attended at 7.47pm and found the occupant of the vehicle free and being treated by paramedics. Firefighters made the vehicle and scene safe and the casualty was left in the care of the ambulance service. Police attended for road safety purposes.
